The U.S. Bill of Rights, written in the wake of abuses by British colonial officials, provides that property can't be taken for public use without just compensation. Historically, that meant private property could be taken to build a road, a school or other publicly owned facility - as long as a fair price was paid for it.

Now that has been twisted to mean that real-estate promoters with enough political clout can get government to do the dirty work of running off middle-class home and business owners in the way of their plans promising higher property-tax revenues.

Rojas said she was shocked to learn that her son was being punished for a Level 4 offense -- the highest Level at the school. Other violations that also receive level 4 punishment include arson, assault and battery, bomb threats and explosives, according to the Code of Student Conduct.
The district said a Level 4 offense includes the use of any object or instrument used to make a threat or inflict harm, including a rubber band.

As a result, the Pentagon has taken extreme measures to stop the hemorrage including issuing "stop-loss" orders, lengthening tours of duty, increasing the number of rotations, and unlawfully placing women into combat positions.
Given these facts, the threat of a new draft is far more real than most would like to admit. Either Congress must immediately re-evaluate our foreign policy and reduce our overseas military commitments, thereby decreasing the number of troops that are needed, or conscript our sons and daughters. There simply aren't any other choices.
I'm concerned about this issue because PNAC says it needs more meat for its meat-grinder!

Patriotism: Rationality's Worst Enemy
Many parents try to discourage violence by shielding their children from violent video games and movies. However, they indoctrinate their children with patriotism, which is far more likely to lead to violent behavior; it motivates young men to enthusiastically kill other young men they would befriend under different circumstances. At best, patriotism provokes blind support for politicians who start wars. At worst, it encourages participation in organized killing. If parents want to raise children who respect human life, they should teach them to think critically and form their own opinions.

No matter how much money George W. Bush allocates or how many great things he says about America in his State of the Union Address, the reality is that this country is in dire straits. And as it now stands, things will only worsen.

US soldiers in Iraq approach a car after opening fire when it failed to stop at a checkpoint. Despite warning shots it continued to drive towards their dusk patrol in Tal Afar on 18 January.

Inside the car were an Iraqi family of seven. The mother and father were killed but their five children in the backseat survived, one with a non-life threatening wound.
As the children get out of the car one of them screams, her hands covered in blood...
…others cry or just stand bewildered.
The injured child is given first-aid by a US soldier...
...as is his sister...
...before being taken to a local hospital...
...with the rest of his family.
A soldier carries one of the children into the hospital while an older sister carries her brother.
Doctors rush the children inside to ensure no-one else is wounded.
At the checkpoint a US soldier examines the car.
A US military statement said troops trying to stop the car used hand signals and fired warning shots before firing directly at the car, killing the driver and front seat passenger.

The statement also said that military officials extended their condolences for this "unfortunate incident" and were investigating

WASHINGTON - Anti-Bush demonstrators waving signs that said "Worst President Ever" and "the American Nightmare" jeered the president's motorcade during the inaugural parade Thursday. In some places in the protest area, the crowd was about six rows deep.

Swastikas, Hypocrisy and Prince Harry
My question is: How can a world bloated by fascist sympathies and inclinations be offended by seeing the symbol of its own basic political thinking? How can anyone who supports the philosophic premises of fascism be outraged by the globally-recognised symbol of it? Only if they are hypocrites or plainly ignorant.

If you care Please Let any Girl or Boy 17 to 50 have this information on how to Not Volunteer for the Draft or National Service.
Tricking you is another way the Government Avoids that Pesky 13th Amendment No slavery nor involuntary servitude, Constitution Problem.
Now if only there was a "Pearl Harbor" type of event to really pull this nation together...
